🤔 Checkout failed? Here's what's going on—and what to do

If you've tried to buy one of our products and saw an error at checkout, you're not alone—and we're sorry.
LemonSqueezy, the platform we use for Gato GraphQL sales, has been having ongoing issues. Their server sometimes returns an error when a transaction runs (for example when you complete a purchase). It's on their side, not yours.
The error can look like this:

This has been going on for many months. We've reported it to them repeatedly, and so have many other LemonSqueezy customers. The problem is still there—and lately it's gotten worse. Failed checkouts are now about as common as successful ones. To make matters worse, LemonSqueezy no longer responds to support tickets.
We've therefore decided to move away from LemonSqueezy.
